Where Telvory is ahead

  • Arabic and English on every screen — technician console, customer join page, portal and admin — right to left.
  • Servers, database and relay hosted in the Gulf region, close to your customers.
  • Recording, audit log, consent register and custom roles in every plan, not only the top tier.
  • Prices in Saudi riyals, with a VAT invoice for every payment.
  • A help desk built in: tickets, portal, knowledge base, web forms and satisfaction surveys.

Where other tools are ahead today

  • Certifications: established tools hold ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and some hold a Saudi national cybersecurity certification. We hold none yet.
  • Hosting inside Saudi Arabia: some tools host inside the Kingdom; our hosting is in the Gulf region.
  • More platforms: established tools see and control macOS, Linux and mobile devices. We control Windows; our Linux agent has no screen sharing, and we have no macOS or mobile agent.
  • Windows administrator (UAC) prompts: established tools can control them. We can't yet.
  • A smaller first download for the customer: our helper is larger than most.
  • Broad public APIs and ready-made integrations with popular IT service, project and chat tools.
  • Automatic summaries of every session.
